Our shipping policy is based on weight of the product.  All products come with a warranty which is effective upon arrival.  Each product warranty is different.  For example, the warranty for a desktop may come with a 1 year warranty versus an 8-port switch which may come with a 90 day warranty.  The manufacturers warranty may be slightly longer in term.  All warranty information will be provided with the product order.  If you have any questions, click on the support link below.  We will respond to your question.
